Joining a gym is overwhelming and confusing.
People who seek to start their fitness journey often feel overwhelmed by joining a gym, be it the fear of judgement, the intimidation of an unfamiliar environment, or the discouragement from the lack of guidance.
As a result, new members may avoid committing to a healthier and active lifestyle, undermining long-term health and fitness goals.
New members want a structured, concise, and easy-on-the-eyes information page about a gym to navigate if the gym is good fit for them.
I conducted surveys and interviews with stakeholders and current Fitness Together members about their experiences joining the gym and what convinced them to start their fitness journey with studio.
Individuals look for an appealing yet structured and to-the-point information page about a gym.
Adults aged 40+ seeking to start their fitness journey are the target demographic.

To inform the design of the Fitness Together landing page, I analyzed several local and national fitness competitor sites online. I noticed that most featured bold hero sections with transformation imagery, clear calls-to-action such as “Book Now” or “Start Free Trial,” and strong social proof through testimonials and client photos. Their designs were mobile-optimized and prioritized simple navigation aimed at capturing leads. However, many relied on outdated designs with too many competing CTAs. For Fitness Together, this presented an opportunity to stand out by emphasizing its private studio experience, using real client stories and imagery, and maintaining a clean, focused design that drives conversions.
Design a user-friendly, structured, and informative landing page.
I designed a clean, conversion-focused landing page that highlights Fitness Together’s private studio experience using real client imagery and benefit-driven messaging. The layout emphasizes a clear call-to-action, strong testimonials, and mobile-friendly performance to build trust and drive bookings.
To track the leads and quantify the fitness studio's ad campaign results for the month, I integrated real-time lead tracking for the studio using Google App Script and Google Sheets.

In this project, I took on multiple roles: UX designer, web developer, and project manager. I handled everything from research and wireframing to development and deployment, while managing timelines and deliverables. This end-to-end approach sharpened my ability to balance user needs, design clarity, and technical execution within a structured workflow.
In this project, I learned Google Apps Script to automate form submissions and send user data directly to Google Sheets for real-time lead tracking. It strengthened my skills in client-side and server-side scripting, data handling, integrating third-party tools to enhance backend functionality. Overall, the project gave me hands-on experience in bridging frontend interactions with backend processes to build practical, user-focused solutions.
